I specialise in working with people who live with chronic ill health, particularly fatigue. I offer advice on routine, pacing activity, prioritising meaningful activity, managing a return to work and general self-management of fatigue.

Hatha, Chair & Restorative Yoga
I teach gentle yoga, usually chair yoga and restorative but sometimes very gentle mat yoga. All with an emphasis on meditative breathwork and regulating the nervous system to optimise wellbeing.
