Service Description

Occupational therapy initial consultation to assess your unique needs and challenges. My virtual 1:1 occupational therapy sessions provide personalised support for managing chronic health conditions with an emphasis on routine, meaningful activity, and planning rest. I charge £100 for an initial consultation and £75 thereafter to review progress as required. Sessions are booked according to individual need, so may be weeks or months apart as I find it is better to give people sufficient time to try out my advice to make the best use of the next session. If, after the first consultation, we both think you are likely to benefit from a number of sessions, you can buy a package of 3 OT reviews for £175 paid in advance (saving £50). Any letters or reports are an additional £50 to £100 depending on the nature, depth, complexity or research required. I usually offer private OT sessions on Friday mornings.
